Joanna founded Scintillo Ltd as she has a passion for enabling people to reach their potential. This passion has taken her around the world delivering both 1-day through to 18-month programmes with a wide range of clients. 

​

It has been many years since she realised that so called 'soft-skills' are anything but soft and now encourages her clients to reframe them as 'professional skills'. Those skills are after all at the heart of any professionally minded business.  

​

Since 2019 and her TEDx talk, she has increasingly focused her attention on enabling introverts to flourish in a business world biased towards the extravert ideal.

 

With her MSc in Change Agent Skills & Strategies, she is advocates for introverts in education and the workplace.

Ann is a highly experienced development consultant having worked with organisations across a broad spectrum of sectors; financial services, professional services, manufacturing, FMCG, publishing, information technology, construction, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and transport. 

 

She has extensive experience in the design and delivery of wide-ranging programmes that enhance personal and business performance, e.g. leadership, management, emotional intelligence, teambuilding, time management, appraisal skills, performance coaching, absence management, conflict-handling, presentation skills, competency-based interviewing, negotiation skills and assertiveness.​​​​

 

She is passionate about customer service and has developed programmes that put the customer back as the focus of the customer service culture, and that illustrate how service recovery techniques can lead to delighted customers.​​​​​

Aubrey MCIPD is a qualified Learning and Development professional with a strong background in Organisational and People/Talent Development.

 

He relishes opportunities to work with clients at all levels to achieve long-term sustainable change that enables people to fulfil their potential.

Kirsten is an accredited coach, with over 18 years experience in HR and Organisational Development.

 

Her passion for supporting and enabling people to navigate challenges and achieve their aspirations to be the best they can be aligns beautifully with the Scintiilo mission.

 

Kirsten has worked internationally with teams and facilitated learning in multiple countries and contexts across Asia, the Middle East and Europe, with a wide range of clients in a variety sectors.
 

She loves working with leaders, managers and teams to unlock their potential; to advance their professional and leadership development as well as personal growth. Whether in person or virtually, she brings energy, creativity and depth of knowledge to maximise learning and create the conditions that support positive, sustainable change within individuals and/or their business.
